If you have any additional questions, please call 1-888 2DONATE (236-6283) and speak with a Canadian Blood Services representative who will be happy to answer specific questions. 

Once eligibility is determined individuals can download the GiveBlood app on their mobile device or go online to blood.ca and set up an account, then log in and then join your Partners for Life team.

Once you have joined your team, you can secure a spot with the group booking.

ELIGIBILITY FORM 

Joining your team is EASY and can be done through an online donor account on blood.ca . Simply sign up by clicking on your team link: https://myaccount.blood.ca/en/profile/group-summary/DESH0126747

To join from the GiveBlood app, here are the steps to get started:  
1.⁠ ⁠Tap on the little red “Partners” icon in the bottom right corner on the app, or on the landing page of your online account.  

2.⁠ ⁠Predictive text will allow you to start typing

3.⁠ ⁠Join the team and say “yes” when it asks whether your information can be shared with the team champion.  

4. Book your appointment with your team under “Team Appointments” directly in the team portal.
  
 Your group appointments are managed through the donor portal and any unfilled appointments will be released back to the public 7 days before your scheduled donation date.  

Please ensure that your donors have government issued hard copy I.D.
(digital I.D is not accepted) or their donor card with them.
